"Osanpo-go"

You can get on and off the bus whenever and wherever you want while it takes you on a ride with beautiful nature surroundings. Convenient for going to various sightseeing spots and art galleries in the Onsen District. It takes 40 minutes to complete 1 loop and makes 10 loops per day.

2-day Pass for 300 Yen; 150 Yen for Elementary Students; kindergarteners and infants are free.
For those not staying at any of the hotels/inns in Yamanaka Onsen, the 2-day Pass wil lbe 500 Yen.

※Bus fare will change starting 1st of April.

The most charming aspect of the "Osanpo-go" Bus has to be the local voluntary tour guides who do a great job of introducing people to the Onsen District. Tour guides include owners and proprietresses of hotels/inns, owners of gallery shops, etc. With their own unique personalities, they offer you information on how to get the most out of your stay at Yamanaka Onsen; you may also hear some local information which is not written in any guide books.

This Spring, national champions of Yamanaka-bushi Folk Song Contest will be a guest tour guide! They will perform Yamanaka-bushi Folk Song, live, inside the "Osanpo-go" Bus.
